: Tickets for the Studio Tour cannot be refunded; however, we can reschedule your ticket(s) for a £10 administration charge. Please be aware that date changes depend on availability and must be requested before your scheduled visit.
: Our website displays real-time ticket availability, and our Visitor Services team does not hold reserved tickets beyond what is shown online.
: Gift tickets are undated, allowing the recipient to choose their preferred visit date by redeeming the gift online, subject to availability. The gift recipient must redeem their ticket before arriving at the Studio Tour.
